What does a content factory actually include?

Five interconnected services, each designed to remove a specific bottleneck between your content spend and your revenue results.

A complete operating model, not a collection of tactics

Content factories fail when they are assembled from disconnected vendors — one agency for SEO, another for social, a freelancer for email, and a BI tool nobody has time to read. Swiftgbeta delivers an integrated setup: a single engagement that produces an editorial strategy aligned to your commercial goals, a production pipeline your in-house team can operate, a structured onboarding programme for writers and editors, a publishing workflow with clear approval gates, and a performance analytics layer that ties every article to a business outcome. Each service is delivered in sequence, because order matters: strategy before pipeline, pipeline before onboarding, analytics last so it measures what the system actually produces.

Our five core services

Editorial Strategy

A 12-week research and planning process that maps your target audiences, identifies content gaps competitors have not filled, and produces a 12-month topic calendar linked to your revenue targets. Deliverable: a 40-page strategy document and a prioritised keyword universe of at least 300 terms.

Content Pipeline Design

We document your end-to-end production flow from brief generation to publication and distribution. Every role, handoff, tool, and SLA is codified in a pipeline playbook your team can follow without supervision. Typical setup takes four to six weeks and includes a pilot run with three live pieces of content.

Team Onboarding

A structured six-week programme for writers, editors, SEO specialists, and content managers. We run four facilitated workshops, create role-specific quick-reference guides, and provide a 60-day helpdesk so questions do not stall production after launch.

Publishing Workflow

CMS configuration, approval chain setup, content calendar tooling, and distribution scheduling — all integrated into one coherent daily operating rhythm. We support WordPress, Contentful, Webflow, and custom CMS builds, and we document every configuration decision so your IT team can maintain it independently.

Performance Analytics

Dashboard design and data pipeline setup connecting your CMS, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and CRM. We define KPIs at brief, build the reporting layer, and deliver monthly insight reports for the first six months. After that, your team runs the reports; we remain available for quarterly reviews.

“The pipeline playbook Swiftgbeta delivered is now standard onboarding reading for every new writer we hire. It took our average time-to-publish from eleven days down to four, and we have not missed a weekly deadline since March.”

Common questions about our services

Do you write content on our behalf?

No. Swiftgbeta builds the system and trains your team to operate it. We do not provide ongoing writing or editing services. If your team does not yet exist, we can help you define the roles and brief a recruitment process, but the writers will be your employees or freelancers — not ours.

How long does a full content factory setup take?

A complete engagement — covering all five services from strategy through analytics — typically runs 16 to 20 weeks. Organisations that need only two or three services can expect four to eight weeks. We do not rush timelines; a poorly adopted system delivers no ROI.

Which industries have you worked with in Kenya?

Financial services, media publishing, e-commerce, hospitality, and NGOs account for most of our Nairobi client base. The content factory model transfers across industries because it is built on operational principles, not sector-specific tactics.

What happens if our CMS is not on your supported list?

We assess your CMS during the discovery phase. Platforms we have not previously configured require a short technical audit before we can confirm scope and timeline. In rare cases where a platform creates significant integration barriers, we will tell you honestly rather than over-promise.

Can we engage you for a single service rather than the full package?

Yes — each service can be purchased individually. However, we will flag any dependencies that could limit results. For example, an analytics setup without a functioning pipeline produces incomplete data, and we will document that risk before you sign.

Not sure which services your operation needs?

Our discovery call includes a free gap analysis that maps your current content setup against a production-ready factory model.
