About Swiftgbeta
Swiftgbeta is a Nairobi-based consultancy that installs scalable content systems inside growing organisations across East Africa.
Swiftgbeta is a content systems consultancy founded in Nairobi in 2019. We design and implement end-to-end content factories for organisations that want their publishing operation to drive measurable business results rather than consume budget without accountability. Our clients are marketing directors, editorial leads, and growth teams at companies across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania — typically organisations with five to fifty people involved in content creation who have outgrown ad hoc processes but have not yet built a professional operating model. We serve financial services firms, media publishers, e-commerce platforms, hospitality groups, and development-sector organisations. Our work is grounded in one conviction: content is a business function that deserves the same operational rigour as finance or logistics. We have completed engagements for more than 40 clients since our founding, and we measure our success not by deliverable volume but by whether our clients can demonstrate content-attributed revenue within six months of launch.
Our engagements follow a fixed sequence: editorial strategy first, then pipeline design, then team onboarding, then publishing workflow, and finally analytics instrumentation. We do not skip steps or run services in parallel when the output of one feeds the input of the next. Each project is led by a senior consultant with at least five years of content operations experience and supported by a specialist in CMS integration, data analytics, or instructional design, depending on the phase. We are a deliberately small team — currently eight full-time consultants — which means our principals are directly involved in delivery rather than handing projects to junior staff after the sale. Our slate-professional working style means every decision is documented, every assumption is surfaced, and every milestone requires your written sign-off before we proceed. What we do not do: we do not write, edit, or publish content on your behalf; we do not manage social media accounts; and we do not guarantee specific traffic or revenue figures, because those outcomes depend on factors — market conditions, product quality, sales team responsiveness — that sit outside our scope. We set realistic benchmarks based on comparable client outcomes and report against them honestly every month.

“What distinguished Swiftgbeta from other consultancies we interviewed was that they were honest about what they would not do. That candour built more trust than any sales pitch, and the delivery matched the promise exactly.”
