Priced for East African market realities
Our fees reflect the scope of work, the seniority of consultants assigned, and the complexity of your existing tech stack — not an arbitrary day-rate. All engagements are priced in Kenyan Shillings to eliminate currency risk for local clients. The Foundation tier suits organisations establishing their first structured content operation. The Growth tier is our most popular choice for teams that already publish but lack a coherent system. The Enterprise tier is designed for media companies, large NGOs, and corporate groups that require custom integrations, multi-team rollouts, or ongoing advisory retainers alongside the setup work.

Pricing questions we hear most often
Are these prices fixed or do they change with scope?
The listed prices are our standard scope prices. If your requirements extend beyond what is listed — for example, a fifth team or a second CMS — we will quote an addendum before starting that additional work. We do not charge overruns without your written approval.
Is payment due upfront?
We invoice 50 percent on project kick-off and 50 percent on final delivery. For Enterprise engagements, we offer a three-milestone payment structure. We accept M-Pesa business payments, bank transfer (KES accounts), and mobile banking.
Do you offer a monthly retainer after setup?
An optional advisory retainer is available at KSh 45,000 per month for up to four hours of strategic consultation, quarterly analytics reviews, and editorial calendar updates. It is not bundled into any tier — it is a separate, optional add-on.
